Cocktail Sauce

Homemade cocktail sauce is one of those classic condiments that’s surprisingly easy to make—and so much better than anything you can buy in a store. This zesty blend of ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce has been my go-to recipe forever. It’s got the perfect balance of tangy and spicy, with just the right amount of kick to elevate shrimp cocktail, peel-and-eat shrimp, crab legs, or oysters. Fresh seafood really shines with a good cocktail sauce, so skip the store-bought stuff and whip this up in a snap. Once you see how easy it is, you’ll never go back to the bottled kind!
