The Blueberry Cobbler You'll Be Making All Summer Long

This rustic blueberry cobbler features tart, syrupy blueberries with a sugared biscuit topping. 

Here's what you'll need

Mix the blueberries, flour and sugar

Transfer the berries to a baking dish and dot with unsalted butter

Make the topping by mixing the flour, sugar, lemon zest,  baking powder, baking soda and salt

Add cold cubed butter to the topping

Blend the butter into the dry ingredients  until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs

Add the buttermilk

Stir until just combined

Dollop the biscuit batter over the blueberries and sprinkle with sugar

Bake until golden and serve with vanilla ice cream or whopped cream
