These peach mango smoothies taste just like something you’d enjoy on a tropical vacation. They’re perfect for breakfast, a refreshing afternoon snack, or even a healthy dessert. To keep things simple, I use frozen peaches and mangoes—no washing, peeling, or slicing required. That means you’ll be sipping on these smoothies and dreaming of white sand and palm trees in under five minutes. You can’t beat that!

Ingredients
- 2 cups peeled and sliced peaches, cold
- 1 cup chopped mangoes, cold
- ½ cup mango nectar, cold
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon sugar or honey (optional)
- 4 ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and purée until completely smooth. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy cold.
- Note: If you’re using frozen fruit and don’t have a powerful blender, let the fruit thaw before blending; just be sure it’s still cold to keep that thick, creamy texture.

Could you use another juice rather than the mango nectar..like orange juice…or would that not taste good?

Hi Amy, I’d suggest about 1/2 cup of yogurt. If it is too thick with the yogurt, you could thin it out with a bit of milk or water. Hope they enjoy!
What kind of alcohol would you add to this to make it a fun cocktail?

I can’t find mango nectar what can or if anything I can substitute
Hi Phillis, did you look in the latin section of your grocery store? That’s usually where I find it. If you can’t find it, any other fruit nectar should work. Fruit juice will also work, but the smoothies will be a bit thinner.
I found Kern’s mango nectar in the juice aisle at our supermarket. The produce department is another possible spot. I haven’t made the smoothie yet, but it looks very good! Might leave out the banana, as it’s not a flavor I’m fond of.
This is a refreshing, healthy, and delicious drink. It was the perfect addition to our dinner and I took the leftovers with me to work the next morning. We added fresh mint to the drinks during the blending process and added a sprig of mint on top for the finishing touch.

Hubby said best smoothie I’ve ever made! Yum! And I used frozen peaches and mango. Had to add double the mango juice so it wouldn’t take forever to blend (and therefore cut back some on the frozen mango to better balance the flavors). Great smoothie!

This is a lovely drink. We added some coconut milk, a little ice and water to thin it down since it was very thick and the blender was having a hard time mixing. Very tasty.
I always have a hard time getting my ice cubes to blend in my blender for smoothies. I have an average blender, not a Vitamix. Is there a trick for crushing the ice?
Hi Danielle, I don’t use a vitamix; the ice cubes in this recipe blend easily because everything else is soft. I do have trouble sometimes if too many ingredients are frozen; the trick is to just keep stopping and stirring so that the liquid gets evenly dispersed.
